Vertical and horizontal GSHP systems are the most frequently used GSHP systems for cooling and heating and have their own advantages. This study aims to compare and analyze these two systems¡¯ heating performance by using energy simulation tool ? TRNSYS. Building and systems are using a real model which was built in Songdo, Incheon. For the more accurate analysis, the ground heat exchanger¡¯s length installed in vertical and horizontal GSHP systems weret same. As a result, the average COP of vertical GSHP systems is 3 for the heat pump and 2.8 for the whole system. For horizontal GSHP system, the results are 2.4 and 2.1. |
