Aim of this research is to understand the inferior state of domestic urban renovation and supplement it. The absence of systematical and analytic process makes it the worst part of the domestic condition, and usually these are done without formal, proper plan. Also, perceiving the process only as a real estate value not as a historical and preserving level makes the condition worse than ever. To regenerate old urban, or to modernize one historical building, continuous effort and logical process of communication among the architects, sociologists and scholars is pivotal. We call it as 'Urban Renovation Process', and clearly is needed. For this, outstanding precedents of Urban Renovation in the oversea must be thoroughly analyzed. |
