Since the definition relating to the healthy residence has been formed in the WTO in 1991, there occurred the importance of the healthy residence that supports health and the need to converse the closed type of apartment's residential environment into the healthy residental environment. Much study has been being implemented currently on the healthy residence, but reality is that the comprehensive and systematic study on the healthy residence is scarce. The healthy residence or the healthy houses that are being discussed currently in the nation are pretty much limited to the individual elements and there is no integrated model presentation. Accordingly, in this research, we intend to derive and synthesize the harming factors for the healthy residence and the planning elements based on the result that has been studied so far from the point of view that we sum up this discussions at the middle stage. This research has limited its objects to the national studies for 10 years between 2001 and 2010 that were searched in the National Assembly library in terms of the healthy residence and the healthy houses, and analyzed the contents of the 53 sets of studies on the healthy residence and the healthy houses and derived and synthesized the health harming elements along with the plan elements to improve those harming elements and complement them. |
