In current, Building Permit has been considered as uncomfortable administrative procedure, because of the problem of processing procedure like as the uncertain permit procedure, of lacking of relevance to other law, of each evaluation of influence and review procedure. This study surveyed specialists who are expert on the facts of case related to Building Permit. They are mostly public service workers who are in charge of Building Permit and designers of buildings. The contents of the surveys are about the procedure on Building Permit and the reduction of the period of Building Permit. On the basis of the result of this survey, I suggest the revised direction on the construction review system, pre-decision system and composite-civil application system etc. There are the reasons why to improve the building permit process, the Building Permits are a major factor in the various complaints and depending on the design changes, additional costs and times are need. |
