Housing Policy is being changed quantity first strategy from government to quality one for maintenance various sustainable human housing like Environment Improving. Pilot program of Landscape Agreement of Seoul Metropolitan City is one of these new strategies for asking the prospect of Environment Improving. This study is in the range of pilot program on Environment Improving in low-rise residential area with Landscape Agreement. It suggests several things - the meaning and features of the Landscape Agreement, details during the process on pilot program, problems of the Landscape Agreement appliance in the interview of the residence, the government and the experts after program design - and the direction of improvement. This study is focused on only the beginning of the program to design setup. After this, change of residence life, community and role of managing principal is needed as follow-up study. |
