Recently, the university have introduced CAFM(Computer Aided Facility Management) system to increase the value of the buildings assets and operate the facilities efficiently. Especially the interest in CAFM system development has been growing using BIM(Building Information Modeling)and GIS(Geographic Information System) and space management system using BIM and GIS utilizing space management system is regarded as a big help for the efficient space management. This study integrated technologies, which are Virtual Globe, BIM, Spreadsheet Mapper and Batchgeo, for the building the campus management system into one system and applied campus management system to the Engineerig Science & Technology Building in Seoul Campus of Hanyang University and then suggested magnetization ways. The purpose of this research is to build location-based information of buildings using BIM technology and GIS technology and to propose the measures for the campus space management system and to find the applications and leverage. |
