¿ä¾à2 There is a aim of this study to perform relationship between temperature change and generation analysis by Mock-up. This facility is located in Daejeon, Korea and been operated since 2009. The transparent thin-film PV modules is a nominal 0.98m x 0.95m and 44Wp per module. Thin-film transparent BIPV window system are applied on vertical, horizontal, slope(30¡Æ) side in mock-up. The monitoring system is constructed for data collection since this facility is operated for study. This system is measured the insolation and module surface temperature, DC generation ect. This study is to analysis the power generation, efficiency as the temperature change of transparent amorphous silicon building integrated PV system window. As a result, Surface temperature of PV window has increased by 70.24¡É on horizontal side, by 84.82¡É on slope side and by 64.62¡É on vertical side. In case of PV window on south vertical, 1¡É rise of surface temperature reduced about 0.3% of output power.
