This study investigated air condition system at the place where food court was placed at low floor and a part of restaurant area was opened to the top, and investigated CFD to examine areas and strength of odor diffusion of the food in quantitative way. The findings were as follow : The odor of food court at low floor was diffused toward vertical and open space at upper floor, and odor at upper floor always exceeded minimum cognition concentration at core and corridor (bottom). |
