This study evaluated the actual building's energy sector through CASBEE of Japan and green building certification systems of Korea compare advantages and disadvantages of certification and national green building certification system devised for the improvement. The energy efficiency sector of green building certification system was get 9.6 points. And the result evaluating of CASBEE, 1 point in the building's heat load suppression in Division, 3 points in the natural energy sector, efficiency of equipment in categories a total of 4.6 points was get 8.6 points.
