본 연구에서는 경영성과 이론에 관한 선행연구와 면담, 설문을 분석하여 국내 건설기업의 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 도출하였다. 경영성과 측정에서 객관적인 수치를 사용하는 재무적 분석 외에 지속가능경영을 위한 비재무적인 요인들을 발굴하고 이러한 요인들을 비교하여 상대적 중요성을 비교하는 연구로 진행되었다. 이를 위해 선행연구 분석 및 전문가 면담 및 설문을 통하여 재무적, 비재무적 요인을 체크리스트화 하고, 각 요인별 중요도를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 건설영업력, 기술자능력, 보상 및 복지 등의 비재무적인 요인들이 경영성과에 많은 영향을 미친다고 분석되었으며 이는 제조업과 달리 건설업은 사람이 하는 일이라 나타난 결과로 판단된다. 본 연구 결과로 도출된 요인들의 객관적인 검증이 이루어지지 않았지만, 국내 건설기업의 경영성과에 미치는 핵심 영향 요인을 제시하는데 그 의미가 있으며, 요인들의 실증 연구를 통해 지속적인 성과향상을 유도해나가는 실효성 있는 방안 제시가 가능할 것으로 판단된다. |

This research outlined the factors influencing the business management success via analyzing a survey of business principles. The research process has been tested in comparison of both financial factors, which come out of objective data and non-financial factors so relevantly prioritized by combining these factors. In order to specify the factors, a check-list and analyzed essential features of category have been done with interviews and surveys. As consequently proceeding, the authors could deduce that non-financial but analytic factors such as business doable, technician workability, compensation and benefits etc. play major roles in construction sector. The outcomes consider a construction business as fundamental human labor job as opposed to a manufacture business. On reasoning necessarily more objective research works to be done as developing this research’s outcome, it is meaningful in suggesting the pivotal factors influencing the construction business management. Therefore, this research is expected to guide the direction to induce the improvement of business management to be done by further exemplary researches. |
