요약2	This research examines the contents at each stage when the archives will be progressed. It suggests a proposal of the process for the architect archives after referring a structure process and considerations of National archives of Korea. The structure process is includes in policy, archiving and utilization. The archiving process is composed of collection, arrangement and preservation. Metadata has a meaning that the data of the context and content of record, structure and management through time. The most valuable function of it is to give an original attribute of record to the record. The metadata is designed based on ISAD(G) to give attribute of record to the records of the architect achieves.
