도시화가 안정되면서 노동시간 감소로 인해 여가시간이 증대됨으로써 라이프스타일의 변화를 가져왔다. 이러한 변화로 인해 사람들은 여가를 즐길 수 있는 공간인 커뮤니티시설에 대한 관심이 증대되었다. 이처럼 공동주택 내 커뮤니티시설의 필요성이 대두되고 있지만, 거주자가 원하는 시설을 충족시키기 위한 선호시설에 관한 연구는 부족하다. 따라서 본 연구는 커뮤니티시설에 대한 거주자의 선호도를 남녀로 구분하여 조사하였데, 그 결과 선호시설의 종류는 남녀가 비슷하고, 운동시설은 헬스장, 교육시설은 독서실, 여가시설은 어린이 놀이터, 웰빙시설은 산책로, 관리시설은 경비시설을 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. |

The world was got a reduction of working hours and an increase in leisure-time as a result of its urbanization. So, our life style was changed. A lot of people have grown very attentive to community facilities that is leisure-space for that change. Community facilities in apartment feel the necessity like this. However, research on preference of community facilities for residents lack. Therefor, this study shows the preference of residents between male and female about community facilities conducted. The results of its study, male and female had very similar interests about community facilities . Especially, They preferred that sports facilities are a gym, educational facilities are a reading room, leisure-type facilities are a playground for children, well-being facilities are walking paths and management facilities are security office. |
