The purpose of this study was to investigate the using behavior and demands of residents who use community facilities in their condominium complexes. For that, literature survey on concepts, functions and developments of community facilities were preceded. For the study, survey method was used for data collection. The major findings were as follows: 1) Expectation on sport facilities was the highest. 2)However the residents chose leisure facilities most satisfactory after use. 3) The residents found it the best advantage of using community facilities is that they can spend their leisure time well. 4) Also the residents had a thought that community facilities were conveniently located. 5) Residents with high satisfaction thought the management fee was reasonable, and showed positive response to additional fee. 6) Most of residents were against opening the community facilities to other local residents. |
