The purpose of this study was to plan for the development of a small sized national rental housing. Kitchen space shall be efficiently connected to the balcony. Lighting and ventilation of the kitchen space to solve the sanitation problem, space planning needs are considered. This study analyzed the plan of the small sized national rental housing and the residential enviroment of Mok-ryeon Apartments's residents (private Area 39 ㎡, A type, B-type plans), investigator conducted a comparative study. Accodingly, based on survey results is to suggest improvement of new unit-plan. |
