The purpose of this study was to analyze the Students' Studio-type Multi-family Housing conditions and Betterment for Housing Environment. For that, it is essential to figure out the meaning of betterment for housing environment for categorizing the specific details. For conducting this study, survey of questionnaires was used for gathering data. The major results were as followings: 1) The overall housing betterment of residents was favorable. But residents expressed dissatisfaction with some specific parts like rents, maintenance cost, and ventilation system. 2) And there were partly conflicting results between prior-consideration and post-occupancy evaluation by residents. 3) But it also shows that many students have positive point of view about housing policy for university students such as Youth Housing. It seems that they think it will be effective for students' housing problems. To sum up, these results can be as useful guidelines to support the housing conditions and betterment of housing environment for students. And for that, more practical and targeted research and development about this matter will be required. |
