Because most of college facilities diverge in various forms and change constantly, they are hard to refurbish information or to manage information systematically. In order to manage spatial information, including structure itself, both systematically and efficiently, by applying internet-based graphic techniques of the 3D modeling, this study focuses on how to create, manage and fit the dynamic data in a live-web environment by using BIM data and its location info, and also proposes plans for managing space effectively by constructing functional prototype. |
