This study compared the domestic Passive House in dealing with paper. By analyzing German passive house standard, the current study conducted a comparative analysis of the passive house structures built at home. Since early 1990s, active studies on passive houses and relevant construction have been carried out in Germany. At present, a majority of architectural structures in Germany are being built with the standard for passive houses applied. As the issue of low-carbon green growth emerges, quite a number of passive houses are built domestically. In that sense, the present study analyzed to what extent the passive house approaches have reached at home in comparison to German standard. The analysis showed domestic passive house construction in residential area, in particular, would be seamlessly spread further on the condition that construction capability supported the trend.. Currently, passive house technique has led to development of the plus-energy house technique, which has not been widely used yet. Also, other than residential facilities, further accumulation and expansion of relevant techniques are found necessary. |
