최신 IT시스템을 건설 관리에 도입하고자 하는 시도가 계속되고 있다. RFID, PDA, 바코드 등의 시스템이 도입되었지만 적용 범위가 한정적이며 관리자들의 문서 업무를 줄여주는 시스템 도입에 관한 연구는 미흡한 상황이다. 본 연구는 유비쿼터스 기반의 디지털 펜을 작업일보 작성 시 적용하여 관리자들의 업무를 줄이고 효율적인 문서 관리 시스템 구축을 제안하고자 한다. 현장 관리자들을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 디지털 펜 시스템이 문서관리에 효과적으로 적용될 것이라는 결과를 얻었으며, 이 시스템은 기존의 종이 문서와 펜 작성 방식으로 쉽게 활용할 수 있으며 동시에 관리자들의 추가 업무를 줄여 문서 업무의 생산성 향상에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다. |

Information Technology system has been used in today's construction industry. However, It is not fairly effective because of its limitations in the scope. Also, studies about decreasing manager's dual tasks in document management are insufficient. Therefore, the primary objective of this paper is to propose applying a Digital pen system which can collect data Automatically while writing down daily report. Questionnaire surveys have been performed for site managers about feasibility of Digital pen system. Through the survey, Digital pen system was expected to utilize efficiently as well as significantly increase the work productivity in document management. |
