As the urban development is already statured, multi-dimensional site use planning is inevitable to avail efficiently the land resources and secure various facilities. Subsequently, the demand for developing apartment houses and infrastructure with undeveloped site in the downtown is increasing at a rapid rate. This study derived the construction risk factors in apartment housing project with artificial ground at railroad area and suggested the method for reducing the construction risk. This paper focused on derivation and analysis of construction risk factors in the phase of artificial ground development because the construction process is similar with general building construction after the artificial ground development in apartment housing project at railroad site. These risk factors can be utilized as a tool of reducing risk at various construction project at railroad site. |
