1998년 IMF와 2000년 중반 이후 세계적인 경제위기와 국내 건설경기는 침체 되었지만 해외 플랜트 산업은 꾸준히 발주되고 있으며, 이런 기회를 통해 플랜트 산업은 흑자를 유지하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 플랜트 프로젝트 EPC 프로세스 분석을 하여 공정관리 프로그램과 연계방안을 구축하고 있다. 이를 활용하여 EPC 업무들의 업데이트 방법론과 공정관리 업데이트 방안을 제안하여 플랜트 프로젝트의 사업관리 활성화를 방안을 제시하고 있다. |

Since we experienced IMF crisis in 1998 and global economic crisis from the middle of 2000, domestic construction business was suffering serious depression but overseas plant projects have been steadily awarded by Korean corporations. This paper suggests a link process project management plan for plant project with schedule management software by analyzing EPC processes. And the result includes the update method of EPC process and schedule management. It will be used for activating project management for plant project. |
