Although apartment housing sales price is directly related to the rate of its sales and success of construction companies, profit or risk expenses are simply added to the cost of construction fixed in advance and extra expenses in the process of calculating sales price. Without considering environment traits and given conditions, unsold new houses are increased. Unsold new houses could give a fatal effect on management of construction companies. If it is getting worse, this could bring economic crisis to the whole country. This study reviewed existing paper related to determinants of apartment housing sales price, and sorted out the direct and indirect determinants. After calculating weights and priorities of them based on opinions from experts, we proposed the decision variables of apartment housing sales price. |
