In this study, small domestic level to examine the development of housing product in terms residential environmental was to determine the spatial plan. And the purpose of this study is to provide a guideline for the lifestyle in small housing. The summary of the result is as follows: 1) Domestic supply and environmental issues in a small housing that drives many are residential. 2) Case of Japan, according to the look she saw a residential environmental assessment items, most services and facilities for the convenience and safety that were. 3)Sustainable development of small houses in order to make various layers sohwahae the development of housing types is needed. |
