Nowadays apartments in korea should be concerned about air change rate 0.7/h and installing sprinkler system according to a building equipment standard and the Fire Service Law at same time. To use this ceiling plenum ventilation system in a dwelling as part of a residential and commercial complex have to choose the pipe diameter of the air supplying outlet and branch duct as 150mm and CAV(constant air volume single duct system) or a mixed supply system. If the ceiling height is low or it is used in a public apartment supply duct next to the total heat exchanger and each room increases effective area of the air supplying outlet. Then the mixed supply system should be used. |
