¿ä¾à2 The domestic university are faced with new environmental changes which are the sharp decrease of student resource, higher educational market-opening. They also have structural problems of educational competitive power, such as low finance structural, poor educational surroundings, and setting up departments like general stores. therefore, the reorganization to improve the structural weaknesses the universities have is to top policy priority to secure the competitive power of university education. In the present circumstances, an active countermeasure is found in university education policies. This study is focused on space management through business process analysis of private university.
