This study aims at analysing the situation of the shielding of daylight in the residential zone due to the construction of the apartment in the south and proving that the new method of sun shade theory is efficient also in the residential zone in the matter of shielding of daylight. It is obvious that the application of the new layout method based on the sun shade to the apartment complex can make complex satisfying in daylight condition. But it is normally thought that the apartment complex designed by the new method have a tendency to affect the shielding of daylight. So we need to make clear that the new method is efficient for the shielding of daylight in the residential zone. In this study it is revealed that the new method works for the various azimuth angle and make almost same as conventional layout method in the matter the shielding of daylight. |
