The quality of university education is influenced by the level of the educational facilities, and the expenditure on education can not be considered a different one with its own quality. Accordingly, to seek out of good education and study circumstances is an instinctive purpose, and this constantly generates demand of new facilities. On this view, this study aims to catch a thorough grasp of problems in across all the facility management and find a solution by researching on the actual condition of the campus facility management based on which way of the current information-oriented of universities. Standardizing the management business for the space which is called a typical type of campus equipment, developing the space management business model for constructing the management system, and systemizing the management techniques by introducing the concept of campus space demand expectation and demand management, the result of this study presents developable ways, with the effects as might be expected, as university management support system by being applied to concrete buildings. |
