요약2	The development of modern medicine and economic growth has caused the elderly population to increase rapidly in Korea and the country is becoming an aging society. As the population of elderly has increased the interest in silver towns has also increased. the elderly population is more affluent in the past and more willing to spend their money on themselves. This led to the need of supplying silver towns where they can have comfortable retirement. The research conducted for this study was to understand the silver town market by finding the preference of silver town service according to their life style. The target of this survey was the pre-elderly in the Cheongju area and several analysis techniques like factor analysis, crowding analysis, and conjoint analysis were used to understand the life style of the preelderly and preference factors of silver town services.

건축계획 및 설계 > 주거건축 계획 > 공동주택 계획 본 연구는 노인 소비자 시장을 세분화하고 그 유형들과 실버타은 서비스에 대한 선호도 차이를 비교분석하여 향후 실버타운 건립시 라이프스타일에 따른 선호도를 고려하여 서비스할 수 있도록 유로노인복지주택(실버타운) 계획방향을 제안하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 청주시 거주 55세 이상 장년층을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 노인층의 라이프스타일 유형을 구분하고 각각의 서비스 선호도를 분석하여 최종적으로 라이프스타일 유형에 따른 실버타운 제공서비스의 방향을 제시하였다.
