As the social concern about ecological-friendly and low-enercy industry is increasing, the apartment complexes in cites are also concerned about ecological environment. Especially the elderly and the poor density of people in rental apartments by government are high, so the environmental improvement of these rental apartments are made progress as the social welfare. Besides, our residential environment is faced with the need for changing into the ecological-friendly environment because of the fast aging progress of population. The study is to prove the importance of the sustainable life for the week by understanding senior user's condition on ecological-friendly environment in the apartment housing. As the methods for attaining the aim of this study, field trip and questionnaire survey were simultaneously used. The case study was progressed in the permanent rental apartment in Seoul with 60 elderly people. The case apartment complex already had the ecological-frienly envionment and the senior user's frequence of these facilities were high. Also the result showed that the need of ecological-friendly envrionment as the social interchange place was high. |
