In case that application of blind is improper, it causes high demands of heating and cooling energy as well as additional electrical energy for lighting systems. Generally manual blinds are the major factor of these problems, the automated control blind system is on the raise in these days. Some commercial automated blinds are in other countries but the use of automated blinds is still in the early stages in korea. We developed control algorithm for an automated blind and blind hardware that applies to exterior venetian blind. To evaluate environmental performance and control detail on automatic control blind , we had an experiment at RIST mock-up test cell in summer. |
