¿ä¾à2 As it becomes easier to exchange information in the modern society, this requires more active intellectual activities to get valuable information. The new type of cultural facilities should meet a behavioral setting environment that enables users to escape from the position of simple culture consumers and help them enjoy intellectual activities as creative users through a place of participation for interaction activities. And this environment is the spaces where individuals can confirm and expand their self-identities. Positive investigating activities are lined with the essential side of amusements whose purpose is enjoyment. The suggestion process of a creative cultural space design plan is as follows. First, the change of value system in which amusement attribute has increased is investigated by searching the socio-cultural background of the amusement-seeking trend. Second, defined as a new cultural environment using amusement characteristics and the validity of social functions are considered. Third, amusement element which is the possibility of seeking a self-identity and its effect are examined by investigating the cases of complex cultural spaces with a character as a space-organizing method for creating a unified playing environment. I expect that this study would offer possibility to transform our real space into more diverse yet aesthetical field of experiences by bringing experiences to ordinary space which can be somewhat boring in order to generate innovative amusement space.
