요약2	The purpose of this research is to deduce the demand of ubiquitous city from new urban paradigm and urban development techniques, which is alternatives to solve the urban problems. Eight Requirements form new paradigm and techniques were analysed as the fundamentals of ubiquitous city demand Eight Requirements include mixed landuse development, Walkable city, public transportation oriented development, quality of intelligent facilities and space, ecologically sound and sustainable development, energy conservation and efficiency, socal mix and cooperation, and public/private partnership. New ubiquitous services can be set up based on the 8 requirement types from new paradigm and techniques.
