The purpose of this study is to find out what factors are affecting the conflict causes in the Redevelopment Promotion Area for the Urban Regeneration. This study analyzes the present conflict causes and the conflict structures in Sewoon Redevelopment Promotion Area. which is different from the conflict causes of the past as a change of the city paradigm. The major findings of this study are the causes of the conflict causes and conflict structures by this study. To improve these issue, this study suggest that conduct the thorough feasibility study from the Sewoon Redevelopment Promotion Area. |
