Housing-Redevelopment Project is the business to supply new infrastructures and houses to elevate "the quality of life" in old residence. As analyzing the example of Seoul-City in progressing Housing-Redevelopment Project actively. We find 'How is the project progressing?' Housing-Redevelopment Project was progressed in the physical aspect of improving the old house or retaining infrastructures. But, it is progressing in changing the physical condition as well as the social·culture·economy life these days. This paper analyzes Urban Spatial Structure as distinct Housing-Redevelopment Project in Hill areas, Plain Areas and Railway Station-Surrounding Region, check it to progress suitably in coincidance with early purpose of Housing-Redevelopment Project. This paper analyzes Urban Spatial Structure as distinct Housing-Redevelopment Project in Hill areas, Plain Areas and Railway Station-Surrounding Region, check it to progress suitably in coincidance with early purpose of Housing-Redevelopment Project. Next, the paper analyzes Housing-Redevelopment Project boundary and operation distribution following zoning separately in Hill Areas and Plain Areas. As a result, I find that Housing-Redevelopment Project is progressed by the business aspect. |
