¿ä¾à2 The culture of Latin America underwent the amalgamation of the fundamentals such as Maya, Inca, and Aztec with that of Iberia within the clear geographical boundaries. Latin America as a whole has the two characteristics: "homogeneity" of Indio culture and colonial period and "simultaneity" of independence and the rush to modernization. The essence of cultural amalgamation is the asymmetrical relationship between the dominant and the recessive in genetic terms. On the way to the 20th century with two wheels of modernization and globalization, the museum culture once became an instrument of propaganda under the dictatorship. The architecture of the museums shows the magnificent scale, the rugged but daring constructions, and the implicit Baroque sentiments. The subtropical climate allows the open spaces and unification with the nature. After all the two prerequisites of the modernism of the museum architecture in Latin America are the tradition and the climate.
