The main objective of this study suggests the point of defects about Children parks in Housing redevelopment by searching the Characteristics of them. It is insufficient the studies of Children parks in there. For example, there are facilities and arrangement of parks, and so on. It is important to the parks in Housing redevelopment sites because residents don't have their own open space. So, it is important of the study about arrangement, location, connection loads and facilities in Housing redevelopment, and so on. The problems are that there were the parks near entertainment spots and broadways, which is about 30m. So qualities of comfortableness and safety were low. Also, Children parks were located far away rental Housings. Residents are difficult to use the parks. We need to make some regulations about standards of the parks in Housing redevelopment, to supply the parks which are high contribution. |
