This research has been started with the question to recognize the aspect of change of landuse in Seoul CBD. Based on the studies of Seoul master plan, Central redevelopment project, Central redelopment master plan, Pedestrian-friendly city project and Seoul CBD management plan, it has been compared and analyzed that the change in building's 1st floor use of thirty eight categoryies of business in Seoul CBD between 1980's and 2003. From the comparison and analysis of data, they were analyzed that the features of the change in building's 1st floor ise in CBD; rapid decline of dwellings, more clearer in being characteristic of the space and more clearer centralization of the categories of business. And from the ratio distributions of the categories of business, it was become to know that the importance changed from dwellings to industrial products and consumer products in building's 1st floor in CBD. However, it was not conducted researches that the factors which can make change of the categories of business. therefore, after this, it is needed that researches which analyze the factors can make change of the categories of business. |
