최대 냉?난방부하 계산법은 외기조건이 가장 불리한 상태에서 냉?난방 부하를 계산하는 방법으로 냉?난방 장치 용량을 결정하는데 있어 효과적이나 에너지 효율 측면에서 비경제적이 되기 쉽다. 이에 대응하기 위해 ASHRAE??TAC(Technical Advisory Committee)에서 위험률 2.5～10％ 범위 내에서 설계조건을 삼을 것을 추천하고 있다. TAC 온도란 냉?난방장치의 용량을 결정하기 위해?? 냉난방 설계용 외기조건을 최저온도로 설정한 것으로써 연중 극히 적은 시간으로 인해 장비의 용량이 과대해지는 것을 방지하기 위해 초과 확률의 개념을 도입한 온도이다. 즉 외기온도를 최고(여름), 최저(겨울)로 하지 않고 조금??낮게 또는 높게 잡아서 장치용량을 결정함으로써 장치??용량을 줄이고, 이로 인해 초기투자비를 삭감하며, 부분 부하시 기기효율을 향상시킬 수 있기 때문에 에너지절약에 기여한다고 할 수 있다. 냉?난방 부하계산을 위해 각 지역마다 표준기상데이터 작성과 TAC 온도 설정이 필요하다. 국외의 경우, 이러한 연구가 기상청으로부터의 관측데이터를 바탕으로 비교적 활발히 이루어져 TAC 온도가 자주 수정되고 있는 반면??국내에서는 이에 대한 연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 2003년 건설교통부에서 제시되어진 건축물 에너지절약 설계기준의 설계용 외기온도에 비해 보다 최근의 실측되어진 10년간의 기상데이터를 바탕으로 표준기상데이터와 TAC 온도를 작성하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 사용한 자료는 기상청에서 측정한 1996년부터 2005년까지 최근 10년간 서울, 광주, 대구, 부산 등 17개 도시의 매시간 또는 일정간격으로 측정한 기온, 상대습도, 일사량 자료이며 각 기상데이터에서 월평균 기온, 월평균 상대습도, 월적산 일사량을 구하여 표준기상데이터를 작성하고, TAC 2.5％, 5％의 설계용 온?습도 조건을 작성하고자 한다. |

Indoor and outdoor temperature settings are needed to calculate the cooling & heating load. Generally, in case of indoor it is needed to be set between thermal comfort zones regardless of their region in case of indoor temperature. For outdoor temperature, it is shown differently by their regional characters which depend on their altitude & longitude. Therefore TAC temperature setting is needed for writing out the standard weather data and calculating heating & cooling loads in each region. In other countries, there are lots of TAC temperature updates based on exact data by this research but for our country it is yet inactive due to the lack of research experience. The purpose for this research is that by setting temperature standard based on recent weather data compare to the Building Energy Saving Design Standard of Ministry of Construction and Transportation for planning more practical design of heating & cooling based on accurate and variable TAC temperature standard in each regional building usage.In this study, we collected main 17-provinces of Korea's recent 10 years data on every hour or fixed interval of temperature, relative humidity, solar radiation amount and used it to get monthly average temperature, relative humidity and monthly accumulated solar radiation amount. And we used these data to write standard weather data and to find out 2.5%, 5% of TAC's temperatures. |
