본 연구는 현재 그 수가 증가하고 있는 폐교에 적용하여 폐교 리모델링에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 여러 가지 요소를 조사하고 각 요소들간의 상관관계를 분석하여 폐교시설의 리모델링 요소에 대한 체크리스트를 작성하는것을 1차적인 목적으로 하며 다음으로 폐교시설의 효과적인 리모델링에 필요한 기초자료를 제공함으로써 추후 폐교시설의 리모델링에 기여함을 연구의 이차적인 목적으로 한다. |
