본 연구에서는 2006년 8월 현재 부산지역에 분양중인 건설업체 가운데 모델하우스를 보유하고 있는 건설업체에서 분양하는 아파트 모델하우스를 대상으로 생태적 측면에서의 실내디자인 특성을 분석하고자 한다. 일차적으로 문헌 고찰을 통해 최근 아파트 실내디자인의 경향 및 생태디자인의 특성과 현황을 파악하고, 국·내외 사례를 바탕으로 친환경 가이드라인과 설문 체크리스트 항목을 작성하였다. 이를 바탕으로 자료를 수집, 분석하여 현재 우리나라 아파트 실내 공간의 생태적 특성을 파악하고, 그 문제점 및 나아갈 방향을 제안하고자 한다. |

This paper aims to analyze ecological characteristics of interior design, selecting as the subjects Busan-based construction companies which have a model house, among those that distribute apartments in Busan as of August 2006. Primarily, literature research is conducted to understand recent trends of interior design for apartment building, present situations and characteristics of ecological design, and prepare environmentally-friendly guidelines and check-list items on the basis of domestic and overseas cases. Collected data in turn is analyzed to assess ecological characteristics of apartment building design in Korea today and present problems and directions for the future. |
