Recently the domestic construction project into effective accomplishment effort of construction project for improvement of quality and for cost reduction the importance of VE(Value Engineering) is increased daily, so research is needed for its effective accomplishment. Therefore in this research we have suggest the effective activation plan of VE work.
The way is firstly, the consideration regarding a VE concept and a propulsion process and the analysis of the cost reduction policy. second, the analysis of VE application case and to analyzed throughout the site visit of actual case.
So from the base of the analyzed contents, we have suggest the activation plan for business activation of VE |
