À̹ø ¿¬±¸¿¡¼­´Â Tact °øÁ¤°ü¸®ÀÇ ¹®Á¦Á¡¿¡ ´ëÇÑ °³¼±¹æ¾ÈÀ» Á¦½ÃÇÏ¿´´Ù.
¿ä¾à2 According to environment change of the construction industry and development of Information Technology, necessity of construction industry efficiency improvement is growing. Specially, management about uninterrupted flowing between whole work in progress step is not consisted properly in the case of process control. In this situation, Tact process control technique is newest process control technique that reduce construction period delay and possibility to cause construction cost rising. In the case of this technique, individual work is continuous. It must be improve efficiency by controlling as unnecessary work atmosphere times between two different process do not happen in case of is involved with other work because injection of resource plans to become fixed. But, Tact process control technique also has controversial point. In this study, I will present improvement plan about problem of Tact process control.
