본 연구는 근대역사문화경관의 보존 차원에서 근대건축물의 유형을 설정하고 유형별 건축물의 보존?정비를 위한 가이드라인 설정의 기준을 제시해보고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 보다 구체적으로 본 연구에서는 첫째 개항기와 일제강점기 일식건축물이 밀집되어 있는 군산시 장미동과 영화동, 월명동 일대의 근대건축물에 대하여 그 분포특성과 양식적?구조적 변화과정을 중심으로 근대건축물의 특성에 대한 분석을 통하여 유형을 설정하고, 둘째 유형별 근대건축물의 보존?정비를 위한 가이드라인 설정의 기준을 제시해보고자 한다. |

The modern architecture in the Kunsan civic center, containing historicity of Kunsan, has important meaning as a central element for making identified cityscape in Kunsan. This study aims to find out the criteria for the conservation and renovation of modern architecture in Kunsan from the perspective of conservation of modern landscape. Firstly typological analysis on the modern architecture in Kunsan is proceeded in the point of layout, location and transformation pattern in architectural style and structure. Secondly the criteria for setting the guideline on the conservation and renovation of modern architecture in Kunsan is found out. |
