이 연구는 주택재개발사업 주변지역에 대하여 사업 전과 후의 변화를 통하여 주택재개발사업이 주변지역에 미치는 영향권의 범위및 주택재개발사업구역의 영향권을 설정함에 있어 그 영향권에 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇인가를 알아보는데 주 목적이 있다.향후 이 논문의 활용 범위로는 주택재개발사업시 그 사업구역의 입지에 따른 영향권에 대하여 도시기반시설이나 공공시설의 공급 범위를 예측할 수 있을 것이다. |

Negative exterior impact has been caused by housing redevelopment. It has be made over surround of housing redevelopment. Negative exterior impact causes urban problem. And Newtown project or housing redevelopment present wide manage about those projects. So this study presents two issues that impact boundary of housing redevelopment and factors effect to impact boundary. The method of study is which make a comparative study of change of land-use between before and after.Results of study present that the area of housing redevelopment and distance between housing redevelopment and adjacent another are important factors about impact boundary of housing redevelopment But distance between subway station and housing redevelopment zone makes little effect to impact boundary. Also topography makes little effect to impact boundary.So impact boundary of housing redevelopment effected by a scale of itself and surrounded housing redevelopment zone. |
