본 연구에서는 우리나라와 개항시기가 비슷하며 다양한 근대건축물의 보존과 활용에 대한 경험을 축적하고 있는 일본의 사례를 분석함으로써 우리의 문화?역사적 산물인 근대건축물의 보존과 활용을 위한 리노베이션의 방법론을 구축하는데 그 목적이 있다. 또한 본 연구는 보존?활용 가능한 근대건축물을 재활용함으로 지속가능한 사회의 구축과 도시의 정체성을 확립하는데 그 의의가 있다고 본다. |

For last century, our country fast changed by development of industry but we justly looked away that cultural and natural environment that must preserve inside the change, and we sought quantitative growth. But consciousness about culture is rising now; thereby social request becomes strong that is improved cultural environment; and viewpoint is appearing which is thought heftily cultural environment of city. Important thing of them is the modern age architecture, but serious discord is happening in the current society that allows conservation and destruction of the modern age architecture. But, visible cultural asset such as the modern age architecture is value when it protected as the first time, When it was broken! , restoration or preservation is very hard. Therefore, we finish boring controversy now and deliberate about renovation project of the modern age architecture really necessary to us. |
