기존의 다수의 연구에서 박물관 건축과 전시의 건립수순을 <선(先)전시 / 후(後)건축>의 형식으로 함을 제안하고 있으며 필자의 경우도 이를 가장 합리적인 계획수순의 모델로 판단하고 있다. 그러나, 현실적으로 국내의 대다수의 박물관, 미술관의 건립은 일부를 제외하고는 이와 같은 건립모델에 의한 건설이 진행되지 못하고 있는 바, 컬렉션의 지속적인 수집과 전시성격의 수립, 차별화, 전시매체의 선택과 시나리오의 방향설정에 선행하여 건설이 우선적으로 진행되고, 이러한 과정에서 건축의 공간과 전시의 체계가 상충되는 경우가 다수를 차지하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 이러한 인식을 전제로 하여 역사계 박물관의 건축 및 전시공간을 사례로 하여 전시 공간의 구조적 체계와 전시내용(시나리오 및 배치), 순회형식과 동선 조건과의 관계를 파악, 해석하여 이를 향후의 전시 Remodeling에 적용하기 위한 지표를 설정하는 것을 연구의 최종 목표로 하고 있다. |

This study intends to analyze the various spatial structures of the Seoul city museum with reference to the layouts and the qualitative mode of exhibition items. Understanding the way of actual exhibition design can be a clue to understand the contents of exhibition story which guarantees to make the pertinent space and visitors route organization between different levels of architectural space and exhibition space.
The basic methodological ideas of this study are as follows;
1) Systematic analysis about the characteristics of exhibits, historic context, and hierachy of each thematic zone.
2) Analysis of physical combination of object spatial cell in the view of visitors circulation.
As an actual example, History zone(1F), Life and Culture zone(2F), City zone(2F) in the museum are analyzed and examined |
