본 연구는 서울시 도시개발 사업 중 공동주택단지의 조성에 공간적 초점을 맞추어 생태적 외부공간 디자인 요소를 개발하고자 하는 것이다. 연구의 배경에서도 언급했듯이 생태적인 요소의 도입과 이러한 요소를 도입하는 데는 기술적인 제약이 있다는 점을 전제로 하여 계획 및 설계단계, 시공단계에서 실질적으로 활용할 수 있는 외부공간 디자인 요소를 개발하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이라 하겠다. 이러한 실천적인 요소개발의 목적을 달성하기 위해 생태적 외부공간 요소가 적용된 사례대상지를 분석하는 과정을 거쳤으며, 또한 서울시에서 제도적으로 시행하고자 하는 ‘생태면적률’의 사례대상지 산출을 통한 요소적용성도 검토하였다. |

The purpose of this study is to suggest ecological design factors to make ecological outdoor space of apartment complex in Seoul. This study has resulted from the analysis of existing literature, ecological area ratio, and the survey of existing apartment complex in Seoul. Design factors for ecological design of outdoor space of apartment complex include ecological environment, environmentally friendly traffic, energy saving and reuse, and community. This factors can be used for developing design guidelines to be applicable to the ecological design of outdoor space of apartment complex. |
