As an environmental friendly paradigm is placed critically, there is a great interest of architectural design that is highly on the environmental friendly performance. Due to the point, it was appeared an integrated performance evaluation process that qualitative environmental performance evaluation is a feedback of the architectural design. A trial that applies the traditional educational methods in the architectural design to these processes brings environmental friendly concepts into design paradigms, and will be a chance that raises one dimension of educational environments and contents. This paper is proposed an educational method in the architectural design, that has the specialty in the environmental friendly point, to 'architectural design process using environmental performance evaluation in the feedback'. With this view I reviewed first the traditional educational methods in the architectural design and the integrated performance evaluation processes studied recently. And this proposed design method was applied to architectural educational fields. On this background of this trial, I suggested a possibility of new educational method in the architectural design and the solving problems. |
