As a sustainable hardware system, solor sunlighting systems have been developed and applied to modern buildings. This study aims to evaluate the luminous environment of the interior space by using this system in building. The system was placed on the roof of five-story building and the experiments were conducted under a clear sky from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Illuminance and luminance were measured. Indoor daylighting illuminance ratio by the system was higher total average 20.3% than this system did not used. Also, Indoor daylighting luminance ratio was total average 2.3 within the value of luminance standard 10. Therefore, The system developed by the research team were proved as valuable to penetrate efficient sunlight into interior spaces. |
