본 연구에서는 지하주거공간에서의 실내공기환경(IAQ)의 오염실태를 측정, 조사 및 분석하여 그 현상을 규명하고 문제점을 파악하여 합리적인 실내공기환경 대책을 마련하기 위한 기초자료를 제시하며, 궁극적으로 지하주거의 실내공기환경을 개선하는데 기여코자 하였다. 이를 위하여 서울, 경기지역 등 수도권에서 환경적으로 열악한 지하주거공간 30세대를 대상으로 4 계절에 걸쳐 공기오염물질 농도와 실내환경요소를 측정하였고, 각 세대의 측정결과를 항목별로 분석하여 문제점을 파악하였다. |

The purpose of this study is to investigate of IAQ in underground dwellings. The result can be summarized as follows; the field measurement was conducted in 30 underground units. almost buildings show a worn-out condition and have very tiny space area compare to the standard. expecially, low window ratio caused insufficiently daylighting in room. also a condensation caused a patch of damp and mold at the corner, which in average exceeds the standard level. The average CO2 concentration was detected higher than standard due to insufficient ventilation and gas-range operating. therefore this study proposed a proper plan for improvement of IAQ in underground dwellings |
