The purpose of this study is to extract environment-friendly designing factors in brand apartments for differentiation of individual brand. For this purpose, this paper has analyzed 25 housing complexes which are built by leading brands in 2004 for satisfying green building certification criteria. Then, it has been selected factors in common and factors not in application. The findings of this study are as follows: A lot of environment-friendly designing factors have been applied in most of the cases. However, designing factors for brand identity is not enough to have differentiation of brand image and there are factors to persue for environment-friendly design. In final, this study suggests direction in terms of designing factors as differentiation components for marketing strategy. |
